This was last night! I need to take a picture next time. It was so good!

Pork Tenderloin in this marinade:
1/8 c. vegetable oil
1 T. molasses
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 T. dry mustard
3 cloves minced garlic (1 T minced garlic)
1/4 c. soy sauce

My husband grilled it to perfection, but it’s also great baked at 350 for 30-35 min or internal temp 145 in thickest part.

Sides:
Green beans sautéed with a little butter, kosher salt and pepper.
Texas Toast
